Indoor Cycling at Chuze Fitness

Our “beginner friendly” format helps acquaint you with the key concepts and non-competitive nature of indoor cycling including setting up your bike and maintaining proper technique and biomechanics during your ride. You will experience the unique MyRide program, which allows you to simulate riding through some of the most beautiful and exciting terrain across the globe. If you are a beginner, please arrive at the fitness center & gym at least 10 minutes early for bike set-up assistance.
